My daughter is 4 1/2 and has been fairly diligent in brushing her teeth since an early age. I have come up with a few fun song that she likes me to sing while it is time to brush her teeth. For the first 2 1/2-3 years of her life I was generally the one to brush her teeth and now she does them by herself with guidance. It is not so easy to teach a young child accuracy in tooth brushing.
