Magnesium Citrate by Superior Labs Review

I have had insomnia and migraines for years. I will often have a full day with my 7 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old and be dragging along around 6:00 PM, and then at 10 PM, be wide awake until 3:00 AM due to insomnia. I often take a 5 mg tablet of Melatonin each night. I have been using this for the last 30 days in addition to a natural sleep pill. My body has been severely lacking magnesium for years. I used to take the powdered form that needed to be mixed with hot water, however, I dislike warm drinks (even in winter I prefer an ice cold drink) and so I quickly got out of sync with taking magnesium. I take 2 of these pills each evening around 11 PM and 2 of my sleep pills. This has lessened my migraines (but has not gotten rid of them completely). This has helped with some of the leg pain that I have at night. I like that it does not have any fillers and that it is third-party tested. It does not have any aftertaste. The pills are rather average in size. I do not love the size, but it is a manageable size for a pill. I take these with a light snack and a glass of cold water. I received this for review and all opinions are my own.
