Erase by Luxurience: Microdermabrasion Cream: Reviewed

I love using scrubs, facial brushes, special face cloths and the like to gently exfoliate my face. I have been a lover of microdermabrasion for years and so when I had the opportunity to review a microdermabrasion product from Luxurience Skincare, I was super eager. When I opened the package I was quite pleased with the jar. I normally prefer glass jars as they look nicer on my vanity and have a nice feel to them when used. However, I really was impressed with the plastic on this jar. The bottom of the jar has a nice edge and sits well on the counter. The lid screws on and off well and although this jar is plastic, it does feel nicely constructed.

This is a spa quality scrub that provides a cooling sensation when applied. I apply it after my face is freshly washed and left lightly moistened. I used this scrub 2-3 times each week for 3 weeks. This at home microdermabrasion scrub can save you money as it is a top quality product that is comparable to what might be used in a high end spa. This is gentle on my skin, but I feel it is working well. After massaging this into my skin, I rinse off and lightly pat dry. I follow up with Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid based Retinol cream to assist with fine lines and wrinkles. Using microdermabrasion creams buff away age spots, dead skin cells, minimizing pore size, remove blackheads, stimulate cellular regeneration and make acne scarring and other imperfections less noticeable. I notice my pores look smaller and my face is smoother and softer. This contains natural fruit enzymes, vitamins, herbal extracts and marine salts. I like how it has Jojoba in it, which is what I use in my skin and hair care almost daily.

Ingredients

Jojoba Esters, Olyethylene, Deionized Water, Polydimethylsiloxane, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Laureth-7, Polyethylene, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sorbic Acid, Hydrogenated Camelia Sativa Seed Oil, (exfoliating beads) Copernica Cefera (Carnauba) Wax, Jojoba Esters, Natural Fragrance

Directions

The product should be applied to wet skin. I wash my face before using this, so my face is left wet before applying this cream. I gently massage this "Erase" cream into my face 2 minutes or so. I then rinse and pat dry.

I like this cream and recommend it if you are looking to try a new microdermabrasion cream.
