Gwen Campbell ebook “Always Going” Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I had the opportunity to review another Gwen Campbell ebook. In her book, “Always Going,” Gwen writes about the simple life and simple joys of small town country life. She had experienced a lot of happiness as a youth, such as enjoying the summer pleasures of feasting on wild ripe persimmons (that stained teeth, lips, and chin, but tasted so delicious that you always wanted to eat until your belly ached) sliding down sacks of feed (even though it would get her into trouble) and adventures shared with her beloved hound dog. Her hound dog was named June, and she said that a “child never had a better friend.” June was her tagalong, her buddy, in all activities, even in mischief. Gwen mentioned fondly her mother baking pies, large home cooked meals, and townfolk coming together for harvesting. She enjoyed life in a small town.

Unfortunately at such a young age she had also been witness to heavy themes, such as alcoholism in her family, death of family, pets, and acquaintances, insanity of relatives, firearms, poverty, and other pain. One frightening act Gwen experienced was arriving to the scene moments after an insane aunt stabbed her other aunt in the face, barely missing the eyes. It is crazy how much tragedy and hardship Gwen saw or experienced in her life. These experiences all happened by the young age of 6. She often did not know how to respond to these issues and tried to deal with them the best she could, one way she did this was by breath holding. Whenever she got the feeling something terrible was about to happen, she would clam up and hold her breath, wishing the bad would go away.

Thankfully, she was able to find comfort, love, and care in her mother who was with her through her travels. Her mother and 2 other family members were the “constants in her life”, her travel leaders and companions, and although she went “here, there, and everywhere like a tumbleweed blowing “she felt a comfort in them and felt at home. She was always going to a new place, and “home became people, not places.” She felt as if no place “could lay claim” to her. I am glad she had her mother and that she was able to find comfort amongst her frequent traveling and amongst the difficult times.

Gwen mentioned a time when a relative gave her some packets of seeds. She held onto those seeds and never planted them. She would often open the packets to look over them. They were a sense of comfort to her. She held onto them many years until her children later spread them out into the wind as the seeds were no longer usable. Gwen made an interesting quote, ““Seeds and children shouldn’t be wrapped up and hidden away too long. They won’t grow if they are.” She seemed to be saying that she feels that children need to experience life and not be too sheltered. Her extensive traveling helped her to grow and learn. She saw a lot and experienced a lot. I can understand how she feels children should not be sheltered, however, I would not have wanted my daughter to have experienced so much pain, violence, and heartache. Gwen must have been a strong girl to be able to handle all that she experienced. Her mother must have been a great comfort to her.

This is a true account of Gwen as a young girl as she travels over thousands of miles of southwest Texas, Oklahoma and California, during the 30’s and 40’s. She refers to her memories as parts of a movie. I can definitely see how her life could almost be a movie, lots of happiness, heartache, adventure, strife, violence, pain, and coming of age. With never a dull moment in her life, she writes down her memories with passion. She had remembered the good and the bad, and had learned much from her experiences. She soaked it all in and invites the reader into her past. She remembers as far back as age 4, an age of which she learned to grow up rather quickly from the adult experiences she had.

I enjoyed this ebook, it was never boring or slow moving. I was quite surprised at how much pain she experienced in her life, especially as a very young child. Gwen writes her experiences so vividly; I could almost envision being there with her in her travels as I read along.

Living to almost age 80, she wrote twenty fictional books, a collection of short stories and poems, children's books, and more in her lifetime. Gwen had a passion for life; she loved reading, writing, weaving and quilting. Gwen had set two goals in life, the first was to be a mom, and the second was to be a writer. Both goals were passionately obtained and accomplished. They are wonderful goals, and her children are very proud. This ebook was edited and published by her daughter and son in law.

Red Leaf brand White Matcha stone ground tea: Reviewed

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Matcha is a high quality green tea that is finely milled into a powder. I was sent some white matcha from Red Leaf to try for this review. I have not tried any other brands or types of this powered tea so this is my only experience with Matcha. White Matcha is made in exactly the same way as regular Green Tea Matcha, stone ground to a fine powder. Traditionally, it is said that the matcha be sifted before preparation for purity, but I skipped this step as I did not have a sifter fine enough. To prepare the tea, pour hot water at a temperature close to the boiling point, over about 1/2 to 1 rounded teaspoon of Matcha powder. I used only a 1/2 teaspoon of Matcha powder for mine, and used water boiled from my Keurig machine.

Whisk the tea in a W formation, to mix thoroughly when preparing in the traditional way. Traditionally a delicate bamboo broom whisk is used in a pottery type bowl, but I did not have a bamboo whisk, so I used a small metal whisk. The whisk should be vertical and barely touching the bottom of the bowl or cup. Once your Matcha has developed a soft, light foam, slowly lift the whisk from the center. I mixed it until the matcha powder and water was thoroughly incorporated. Do not leave any big bubbles in your tea because it ruins the look of your matcha, and is considered rude in the Japanese culture.

Matcha tea is a portrayal of elegance in Japanese Tea Ceremonies and culture and provides many health benefits. When brewing tea from a powder form, it is the highest quality tea in its purest form. We are consuming the whole leaf, rather than just the watered down form when brewed over the leaves. White matcha provides these benefits:

High antioxidants preventing free radicals in the blood stream
Maintains Blood Pressure
Aids in Digestion
Boosts Immune System
Reduces the risk of certain types of cancer
Anti-aging: decreases fine lines, wrinkles in the skin
Helps maintain a beautiful complexion
Low Caffeine content: 1% caffeine content of coffee

The taste of White Matcha is a mild tea with a natural herbal sweetness. It does look very dark when brewed, even at half strength. I did not add any sugar or honey to my Matcha. I have been drinking a cup each evening in my favorite bees and lemon limes tea cup. It is a relaxing drink and I like how it is preservative free and chemical free. It is very natural and a healthy tea.

Please excuse the tea residue on the edges of the tea cup, I should have cleaned up the edges before photographing the tea.

Sabi TRIPOD store + go travel container, Reviewed

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I take prenatal vitamins as I am in my third trimester in pregnancy. I have been taking prenatal vitamins daily for the past 4 years (first pregnancy, breastfeeding, then now with second pregnancy), and these types of pills are not small in the least. When traveling with pills for a short weekend, I often put them in my vintage pill box and then put the pill box in my purse.

I had the opportunity to review another product from the Sabi company, called the TRIPOD pill storage system. This is a unique product and seems to be something many people might find useful. The TRIPOD pill box is a unique roll-open pill organizer designed to hold large pills, vitamins and supplements. It is a blue rubberized case with three large compartments. It is large enough to hold lots of pills, and yet compact enough to not take up a lot of space.

I have tested this out and have some mixed feelings about this particular Sabi product. One thing I noticed is that the hinges are not as sturdy as I would like. I am concerned that over time, with repeated opening and closing of the Tripod, the hinges will wear down and break after a short period. I also was not fond of how you have to open the entire tripod rubber lid if u need to only take one or 2 pills that happen to be stored in the lowest compartment. For me, that would be a bit of an inconvenience. I also noticed that the entire rubber lid must be clipped in extra well on all sides in order to close the entire tripod when rolling closed. I am not sure this will be used by me for medications. I think this would be better suited, at least for my usage, to store other items. It is a cute case, don't get me wrong, and it is a clever little thing. But I would also be worried about it randomly opening in my purse as the rubber latch on the outer area did not seem very secure.

I think it would be great at storing objects such as a small pair of grooming tweezers, bobby pins, hair ties, rolls of mints, lip balm tubes, or a small sewing kit. I wear a lot of bobby pins and always need extras, so for me, this will be a great bobby pin case and hair tie case. I also think I will keep my lip balm tube in this as I always worry about some summer day my purse getting over heated and my lip balm melts goo grease everywhere. This would be added protection.

Overall, I think this is a great little storage container for use in my purse or glove compartment in the car. If used in the car glove box, I can fit some band aids and a tube of antibiotic ointment, and perhaps a few other small first aid type items. Sadly I will not use this for medicines.

If you found this review or any of my other reviews interesting or helpful, please rate is as "helpful" and or leave a comment. I enjoy writing reviews and hearing feedback about what I have written as I feel reviews help those interested make an informed decision before purchasing. I also feel that honest and informative reviews improve a product by providing insight to the company.

Ozeri Digital Kitchen Scale Touch II with Microban Antimicrobial Product Protection: Review

I have never owned a kitchen scale. Secretly I have wanted one, but never thought I would actually use it. I also knew that with our current home (a 100 year old, country home with a tiny eat in kitchen and small (and already full with appliances) counter tops) we really couldn't and shouldn't place one on the counter for fear of losing remaining precious space. I learned about the Ozeri company a few months ago when I was reviewing their body bathroom scale. I was blown away by the style, durability of materials, and precision of that scale. It was a beauty to place in our bathroom and I adore that scale. It is super easy to read and looks super classy. When I found out the company had a kitchen scale, I knew I wanted to review it and was so overjoyed when I got the opportunity. I knew I wanted the kitchen scale to be white. Not only does it match our vintage pink, green and white kitchen, but I always am a fan of white electronic devices. Classy.

The Ozeri Digital Kitchen Scale Touch II with Microban Antimicrobial Product Protection comes in black or white and can handle up to 11.2 pounds for weighing food in the kitchen. It is slim in profile and about 1/2" high. It reminds me of a small ipad or tablet. It is very easy to store, and is a space saver. Mine is white with a large blue backlit LCD screen that displays weight in pounds, kilograms, grams, and ounces. It includes 2 Lithium batteries, which is great because don't we all hate it when we order something, get all excited to use it, then it arrives without batteries and you of course never have the size you need readily on hand? Other neat features are the low battery and overload indicators. This scale automatically turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity to preserve battery life.

The Microban protection is a fantastic aspect of the scale as those who weigh any type of meat/fish would want to take extra care with preventing transfer of salmonella and ecoli, and other nasty germies. (make sure to obviously wipe with disinfectant wipes in between uses as well) The scale is permanently treated with Microban and works for the lifetime of the scale, to maintain surface cleanliness. According to what I have read recently, bacteria can double every 20 minutes on an unprotected surface...frightening. The Microban is built into the scale, so it does not wipe off. The scale's smooth, sturdy, tempered glass surface is very easy to clean between uses. We usually disinfect everything with Clorox wipes, and this makes it very convenient. It is nice that there aren't any crevices on the surface where juices or food remnants would hide.

It has an automatic Tare button that quickly calculates the net weight of your ingredients by subtracting the container weight, (bowl, tray, plate, sippy cup, etc.) for the net ingredient weight. So you would weigh the container or bowl, scale remembers and sets that to zero, then you would put the food or liquid in the container, and weigh the food in the container without adding weight of container. This is helpful for those who are on a diet and need to control portions or calories, as well as those who are baking/cooking. My husband like to buy our hamburger meat / and steak in bulk and then separate it into small packs to freeze, so this is handy for him. Weighing food in recipes means no variations in measurements for accuracy. Such as if you are putting flour or sugar in a measuring cup and it is tightly packed vs. being in the same measuring cup loosely put in. The only issue I had when using the tare and on/off button was I would have preferred the on/off button be farther away from the tare button and perhaps a tad bigger.

When I was testing this out, I realized the best way to keep things as accurate as possible is to keep the ingredients in the center for consistent reading. At first I was putting the scale on my vintage red and white pin dot cotton place mats to look artsy for the photos, and then I realized that a few of the times it had the message “unSt”, which at first confused me. I realized that the scale will detect if it is not on a stable surface and register unSt if the base is unstable. This was similar to when I tested out the Ozeri body weight scale on my bathroom rug. I weighed considerably less and although I liked that previous weight better, I wanted accuracy so moved it to my bathroom tile and the scale was right on the dot with my accurate weight. So remember to always use the kitchen scale on a completely flat surface.

My most favorite use for this scale is the fact that I can use it to weigh letters and small packages. I sell a lot of things in my etsy shop (mainly first class and priority in small packages) and this scale is super convenient to have downstairs and not have to go up the somewhat steep steps to weight something in the office. I am in my third trimester of pregnancy and not a fan of frequent stair climbing. We have a cheapy plastic postage scale that I have had for years that is bulky and plugs into the wall. It is an ugly ole thing in dark blue and takes up space. I am super happy to be able to use this shiny white, slim, classy and accurate kitchen scale for weighing packages. The Ozeri scale actually came with a US postal first class rate guide---for sending out packages. Aren't they clever and so very thoughtful? They already knew I would need it! There is also the owners manual and a super helpful food calorie guide.

I really am loving this scale and think that it is made well. It appears to be something that will last a long time and get lots of use. If you are interested in a kitchen scale or even just a nice postage scale, this may be the product for you. The surface area of this scale is nice. When comparing this slim, small profile kitchen scale to my bulkier old postal scale, this scale takes up less room, does not need to be plugged in, and yet has more surface area to weigh my packages while still being able to see the lcd display.

I was sent this scale to review in exchange for my honest opinion. I do not always review products with such positivity. If I like something it will be known, but if I find issues, or problems with an item, or if I feel improvements need to be made, I will mention them. I feel that reviews of products should always be truthful and sincere, as it helps potentially interested buyers of a product learn what to expect and to see it it is a good fit for them before purchase. Reviews also help the actual product and company to improve when needed. If you found this review interesting or helpful, please rate it as such, and or comment. I enjoy writing reviews and like to know if I was helpful.

Reduxa Fat Burner: Reviewed and Tested

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I received a sample of a diet product named Reduxa Fat Burner to review with my honest opinion. Unfortunately, as with most diet pills, supplements, and weight loss products, it is difficult to know if the people reviewing the item are sincere and if the product actually works as well as they claim it did. Also those who had negative results or no change may have not taken the product as directed, may not tested it long enough, or may have not included a healthy diet with exercise. It is also possible that perhaps a product works for some people and not for others.

I am reviewing this diet product honestly and was not paid for my review. I am not associated with this company in any way. I will mention again, that this bottle was provided free to me, and this does not sway my opinion or review in any way. If it did work, I will state that in my review, I will also mention any negatives, if any. I do not make false claims about a product as I care about the safety of others who may be interested and I also want to maintain credibility with my reviews. The purpose of a review is to inform others of successes and fails of a product.

Okay, now that the previous personal disclaimer is said and done, on to my review. :)

I received this bottle in the mail promptly and it was packaged well. The bottle is a 30 count plastic bottle containing red and white pills with a smooth coating. The directions on the bottle inform the user to take one capsule with water 30 minutes before a meal in the morning as a dietary supplement. It is also stated that this should be taken by adults only, so please do keep this and all other medications or supplements away from all children and pets. As with any nutritional supplement, appetite suppressant, or weight loss product, a person should only take this if they are healthy with no current problems or concerns.

This product contains caffeine and may effect blood pressure and/or heart conditions, so it is extremely vital that those desiring to take this be aware of this fact and have approval from their doctor. Those who are pregnant or nursing should avoid this product unless approved by their doctor. I wanted to mention, since I am pregnant with my second child, I decided to have my husband be my product evaluator with this supplement and have been tracking his trial use of Reduxa. This is his experience with the product.

Reduxa contains Proprietary Formula 500 mg of garcinia cambogia extract. Through some basic internet research, it is suggested that garcinia might prevent fat storage and control appetite. Garcinia Cambogia, is a fruit grown in South India and Southeast Asia, and is similar in shape to a melon. Garcinia Cambogia is said to be an effective weight loss product because it controls appetite by telling our brains that we are full.

Reduxa also contains great tea extract, which has been said to have the potential to accelerate metabolism. Green tea has antioxidants such as ECGC. Antioxidants are quite beneficial, and can help our body be healthier in many ways. Antioxidants present in green tea extract are responsible for slowing down the aging process of the body, neutralizing free radicals to protect vital organs and tissues throughout the body, and can hinder cancer cell growth without harming healthy tissue. When some people drink green tea or take it in extract form, it makes them feel full and discourages them from eating as much as they normally might. Consuming green tea has the potential to maintain and stabilize blood sugar levels. I personally do not take green tea currently but have drank it in the past.

Reduxa also contains raspberry ketones, which has been heavily claimed as beneficial by Dr. Oz and some other nutritionists. Raspberry ketone comes from red raspberries. It has been said that it helps speed metabolism which can assist with weight loss. Unfortunately there are not a lot of scientific studies validating the effects of ketones on weight loss when used on their own. Most supplements containing raspberry ketones also have caffeine, green tea, hoodia or added ingredients that assist with boosting weight loss and suppressing appetite.

The Reduxa Fat Burner also contains caffeine. The product says there are no side effects, however, as with anything that includes caffeine, there will be some side effects as caffeine is a stimulant and can have the potential to increase blood pressure and heart rate in some individuals. Caffeine taken in high amounts can contribute to insomnia or unhealthy sleep patterns. Caffeine withdrawal can produce headache, fatigue, anxiety. So, the caffeine part of this supplement has the potential to produce some side effects.

Also most things that are regarded as safe in normal instances, can still have some mild side effects. For example, even something as simple as milk can have a side effect in the wrong individual if they are intolerant or allergic. That is why with any type of new supplement, it is vital that you be aware of the potential side effects, ingredients, and even consult your doctor about using a particular product. We have all seen the crazy tv commercials for prescription medications that have narratives of people in their daily lives happily using the product with great success and then the narrator mentions all these scary side effects that may occur, such as migraines, blood clotting, bleeding, nausea, excessive hair growth or loss, or death, etc..

I want to mention ahead of time, Reduxa Fat Burner did not cause any major or harmful side effects in my husband and he did not feel worse when taking it. The only side effect my husband mentioned was that he felt this fat burner perhaps had a fiber type effect, if you know what I mean, LOL. He felt that he was more “regular” shall we say. :) I am not sure what ingredient in this fat burner would effect him in that way, but wanted to report what he told me.

He tried the fat burner as directed, one capsule with water about 30 minutes before his breakfast in the morning. I made sure he did not skip breakfast, as skipping meals is not healthy and will actually make you gain weight, by essentially putting your body into starvation mode where it would store fat reserves. We also know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it should be packed with nutritional food choices and not junk containing high fat, high cholesterol, high salt or sugary sweets. It is important to eat a good breakfast to provide healthy energy and protein for tackling the day.

My husband tested this fat burner for almost a month. Now I have to mention, that a few days short of a month is not long enough to form a true test of whether a weight loss product has been effective. Generally, weight fluctuates back and forth by a pound or 2 over a short time period. Also it is important to weigh at the same time of day when possible and not weigh too frequently. Weighing on the same scale is also important so as to be more accurate with results. My husband does not go to the gym and he does not do extreme exercise. He weighs himself weekly. He does a decent amount of walking when we go places and tries to drink plenty of water and eat healthily. He unfortunately does drink a lot of caffeinated coffee during the week which is not good for him and which as we know can dehydrate a person.

My husband used this fat burner daily and only missed a dose or 2. He did not increase his exercise activity or change his food habits. He did maintain his usual weight and did not gain. However, he did not report any weight loss while using this product. It could be due to the fact that this was only tested short of a month. Most weight loss products need to get in your system and be used for 6 months or more to begin to see any results. Also with weight loss products, it is important to increase your exercise level and frequency, as well as to burn more calories than you consume. I would not say that this lack of weight loss was a fail on the part of the product or even the tester. It would not be fair to call it that. My husband will continue to test the product until the bottle is empty.

Although this did not work for him, it may work for others.

Some helpful weigh loss tips for anyone trying a new product for weight loss would be to eat healthier, follow the recommended dosage, incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, and if you normally do not exercise, start gradually and do not wear yourself out. Walking is a great way to exercise without over working your body. Try to take the stairs when possible and try parking farther away in a parking lot. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day, 10 is even better. Eat slower and chew your food. Try putting the fork down in between bites of food. Enjoy the food, and take time to taste it, instead of just putting it in your mouth, chewing fast and swallowing.

Also further research would need to be done as well as further user testing to see if it is indeed a successful product. I wanted to read a bit more about Reduxa Fat Burner and their company, however, after some time looking on the internet, I cannot find much information at all about them or their products. They may be a new and upcoming company, which is fine, however, I would feel more comfortable having myself or a loved one try out a product that is easily found in books, magazines or the internet. The only reviews I have found for the product is on Amazon, and most of the glowingly positive reviews seem to be shortly written in length and tested for only a short time. I would love to see some before and after pictures of the individuals that this worked well for. I am not saying that they did not have positive results, as I cannot make that judgment. I think that a review should be helpful to others that are interested in a particular product, and that people should be completely honest in how a product functions. Stating both good and bad aspects in a product is beneficial, and fair so that a company can see how they are doing, and improve on things when needed.

If you are interested in hearing more about Reduxa Fat Burner and even perhaps interested in purchasing it, feel free to check them out. I have no negatives to say about this product, except that I was not able to find any information on them (so do not have a link to post for you) and that it did not work for my husband personally. I would suggest the company make a website of their product, complete with ingredients, product reviews (good and bad) and perhaps honest user before and after photos.

As mentioned, I am not/and will not be paid for endorsing or testing this product, and I am not associated in any way with the company. I am not compensated for any past or future purchases made based on my review of this product. As with this and any diet product, please consult your health care professionals before trying a new weight loss regiment.

Thank you for your time, if this or any of my other reviews were interesting or helpful to you, please let me know with a comment or rating of "helpful."

Majestical Jewelry: A Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I have always been a lover of accessories, whether it be a necklace, bracelet, scarf, ring, earrings, or something pretty to adorn my hair. I was so very pleased to have the opportunity to review a fashion and fine jewelry company based out of Charleston, South Carolina. The company is called Majestical Jewelry, whose heart felt creed is to offer high-quality, high-fashion pieces at prices that ladies can afford. The company wanted to make it possible for women to be able to have a choice in selecting fine or fashion jewelry for purchase, without paying the overly priced markup we all see today.

This company selected to send me the deep cobalt blue Honey Comb necklace and earring set for review. The necklace is part of their fashion jewelry line and is quite affordable at $29.00. The necklace is vividly colored, with matching blue dangle gold tone earrings that hang approximately 1.1." The necklace is approximately 24" in length and has an attached 3" chain extender to fit a variety of desired lengths depending on the desired neckline. It closes conveniently with a sturdy lobster claw clasp. The necklace and earring set arrived in a nice navy blue gift box with their logo embossed on the top lid. The set is from their fashion line (it is costume jewelry) and is not real gold metal or real gemstone. It is a fun set that is an attention getter and would add color to your outfit. The blue Honey Comb necklace is lightweight and is comfortable to wear. The lobster claw with 3" chain extender is a nice touch and makes it easy to put on. The faux stones are set atop a gold tone honey comb pattern so that the pattern shows through when worn. Very clever. :)

I do not have any negatives to say about the set I was sent, the only comment I might add is that this particular cobalt blue and gold set is not a color or particular style I normally wear. I myself wear a lot of brooches, bracelets, flower or cocktail rings, pearls, scarves, cardigans, hair flowers, and earrings. I am a lover of vintage fashion. I usually wear peach tones, pinks, coral, aquas, tiffany mint blues, silvery greys or white for clothing and accessories. But looking over the website, Majestical has an extensive selection of styles to suit any lady.

Their website is professionally done with a nice aqua blue green background (I love the color theme of the website, and the overall style is classy and easy to navigate). The store is organized in such a way that it is easy to search for an array of styles and types of accessories in a variety of price ranges. Majestical sells various fine jewelry, gemstones, pearl, silver, and fashion jewelry (costume jewelry). It is a fantastic place for brides searching for that special fine jewelry accent for their wedding day, or someone looking for a gift for a loved one, or even a fashionable jewelry treat for yourself!

Majestical Jewelry holds a high standard of customer satisfaction and quality, with a money back guarantee on all purchases. They offer free returns and exchanges, free gift packaging (mine arrived in am attractive, yet sturdy navy blue gift box), and orders over $49.99 are shipped for free. Most items ship same day if they are in stock.

Majestical is currently offering a promotional code for $15 off orders of $55 or more for my readers. Simply enter 15DOLLARSOFF at checkout.

I am in love with the Mint Flower Power Statement Necklace Set shown here! They truly have a wide variety of designs.

Sabi Daybox Extra-large weekly pill box, Reviewed

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

I had the opportunity to review a pill storage system from the Sabi company.  When I first received the notice that I would be reviewing a pill box, I honest was slightly underwhelmed. Pill boxes? Boring, and for grandparents! This is totally not the case with this system. Let me tell you why I love this storage system.

Upon arrival of the Sabi daybox pill storage pack, I was immediately in awe. I have had those clear, cheapy looking pill boxes in the past that can be found at most any big box store or pharmacy. You know the kind, flimsy, unattractive, small, and with lettering on it that would easily rub off within a few weeks of daily use. The Sabi pill organizer is sturdy and attractive. The pill case is white, rounded at the bottom and edges, and feels nice in the hand.  It has lots of storage suitable for storing large-sized pills, vitamins and supplements. I am currently taken prenatal vitamins, so I take a lot of pills and most all of them are what I would joke as "horse pills." The container has enough storage for 7 days (with a blue lid) and then an extra day at the end (a lovely reddish coral color). I am guessing the extra day could be used for a spouse when traveling with their medication for a day trip, or any number of uses, whether for pills or anything else that is similar sized.

Each removable pill space, (inscribed with the day of the week written in an easy to read font in a bright blue color), has three extra-spacious pill box compartments.  The top of the compartments are covered with a soft peel-back matching bright blue rubber lid.  The lid is secure and is easy to open and close.  As mentioned, the bottom and edges of the entire storage container are rounded and very smooth to the touch. This makes it easy for filling and removing pills from the case. I will be using my container mainly for home use and organization, however, I can definitely see this pill system for use in a purse, luggage, glove compartment in car or a briefcase.  This will now be my storage system from now on as I am thoroughly impressed. Notice in my pictures I have not even begun to fill this up. I have plenty of room for my evening pills as well. I take about 3 pills in the morning and about 3 or 4 similar sized in the evening. I have more than enough room in this container.

This pill box is perfect for anyone (young adult, adult, or seniors) who takes vitamins or prescription medicine. I am excited to see what else this company has to offer. Keep a look out for future reviews of this company as I will be trying out other products from them very soon.
